About Me

Resilience is a gift I’ve been given through overcoming countless unforeseen hardships. Having neared death in 2017, after giving birth to my daughter, placed me in a unique position to reconsider the value of life.

Having been in the arts for more than 20 years by that time, life felt anchored on being a creative. However it was a window into understanding the purpose in my passions. It was an opportunity to grow into the humanity of my life while gaining fellowship with others through shared experiences.

Like you, I share in the trials and triumphs of parenthood, marriage, ministry and leadership. I live those out through performing, giving and making movies. How you do it might look different but the fellowship of overcoming what we’ve been through (and are going through) is the path of resilience. We are purposed to work through painful discomfort and grief in order to obtain the varied successes we aspire to achieve.

Resiliency is a learn skill. As a speaker and consultant, I help you and your team get there.
