👋🏾 My name is Tugené Davis. I am a veteran triple threat performer and arts administrator who focuses on directing and dance in film and theatre. My life work is to solve the starving artist dilemma. As the CEO of Davis Inspiration Studios and having directed more than 10 short films, being behind the scenes is one of the most comfortable places where I like to create. I have my hands full as a creative! I've been married to my husband for 11 years. I am a mother to two very gifted daughters. I enjoy baking, organizing information and leadership. I am DIY for life! You will often see me rep my Alama Mater, Howard University. Earning my BFA was one of the most difficult things I've done which has made being an alumna one of the most rewarding aspects of my life. You'll also see me rep the women who are constantly lifting me up, my Sorhors, the women of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. We are the only Black Greek Letter Sorority with "leadership" in our mission so this sisterhood fits me like a couture dress. There is nothing I rep more than my love and passion for Jesus Christ. I am very talented and live with a full understanding that in my best moments, I am only reflecting the love and ministry that was poured out for me on Calvary more than 2,024 years ago. All that I do is for evangelism's sake. None of us are great in our own might. When my time on earth is gone, the only good I've done that will last is what continues to live beyond my existence.
